Q:Do I need to remap my ECU? what size of the actual pod filter?

A: There is no need to remap the ECU and it will calibrate
by itself for the cold air intake upgrade. The dimensions of the cone filter body are:15.5cm / 6" long
12cm/ 4 3/4" diameter

Q:How long does it take for the system to learn the new airflow?

A: Normally it takes 1 full tank of gas to be fully calibrated the new intake upgrade.
