A: The cold air is equipped with MAF housing, just swap the original MAF to the cold air intake.

A: Yes, the cold air intake it is compatible for the 2010 Impreza 2.5i and fits perfectly; it is a real cold air intake design while the air filter goes down to fender well as you can see the installed picture in the listing page.

A: We only have the cold air intake in black powder coated color; we no longer getting the polished silver due to manufacturing difficulty from the polishing.

A: The filter cover is design to extend the service interval as well with hydrophobic treatment to prevent splashes of water, mud and dirt.

A: The filter works like K&N which is washable and rechargeable. The filter it is not the must to be oiled; however, having it oiled for the best filtering result. We recommend to use the K&N cleaner kit and to do service every 10000miles (15000kms). Following with the K&N cleaner kit instruction you can easily do the service on filter. The cleaner it is easy to find from local parts shops.

A: There is no need any tuning for the air intake upgrade; it is a direct replacement of OEM intake part and will work. Simply needing to disconnect the battery negative terminal for 3 mins to reset and recalibrate for the adaptation.

A: The cold air intake upgrade should be legal for all USA since it does not affect the emission of the car; however, we are Company based in Canada and we do not provide any CARB sticker for California inspection. You might contact your local inspection center for more info on legal issue.
