Oui, pour l'admission d'air froid, le filtre à air descend jusqu'au passage de roue et reste derrière le pare-chocs avant.

Oui, c'est un véritable système d'admission d'air froid, et le filtre à air est placé dans le passage de roue, derrière le pare-chocs avant.
