Q: Would this fit the non Borg-Warner version of the T5 5 speed tha

A: The 280ZX short shifter is only compatible with the Borg-Warner T5 transmission, but not working for the non turbo model.

Q: What is the thread size for the shift knob?

A: The short shifter thread pitch for knob is M12x1.75; it is compatible with OEM knob.
