Q: Does this product affect the manufacturer's warranty?

A: The air intake upgrade is very popular today and does not void the vehicle warranty as long as you properly install and maintain the air intake filter. However, each dealership may have different rule and precaution for aftermarket part, I would suggest you to double check with the dealership first regarding the warranty concern.
